Structure, bodies and persons

The HfG Ulm Foundation is a legal entity under private law. It is based in Ulm (Danube). Its governing bodies are the Executive Board and the Foundation Council.

The Executive Board

The Executive Board manages the business of the foundation in accordance with the rules of procedure:

The Foundation Board

Its main functions include appointing the Executive Board, monitoring its activities and approving the budget. It consists of 13 members, ten of whom are elected and three of whom are delegated by the state of Baden-Württemberg (2) and the city of Ulm (1):
